Pályázati felhívás – Gaál Zoltán PhD Nívódíj
A díj alapításának célja:
A Pannon Egyetem Gazdaságtudományi Kara Gaál Zoltán Professzor Úr emlékére PhD Nívódíjat alapított, amelynek célja a közelmúltban PhD fokozatot szerzettek közül a menedzsment témában kiemelkedő teljesítményt nyújtók elismerése. A díj célja továbbá a pályamunkájuk alapján arra érdemes fiatal kutatók elismerése, tudományos munkájuk ösztönzése, eredményeik megismertetése a szakmai és tudományos közösség előtt.
A pályázat benyújtására jogosultak köre:
A díjra azok a PhD fokozatot szerzettek pályázhatnak, akik
– magyar állampolgárok, hazai vagy külföldi felsőoktatási intézményben,
– vagy külföldi állampolgárok, magyar felsőoktatási intézményben,
– magyar vagy angol nyelven,
– 2024. szeptember 1. és 2026. augusztus 31. között sikeresen védték meg menedzsment témájú PhD értekezésüket.

A pályázatnak tartalmaznia kell:
– a disszertációt, (magyarországi intézmények esetén tézisfüzetet is) pdf formátumban,
– a PhD oklevél másolata (ennek hiányában EDHT határozat),
– kitöltött pályázati regisztrációs űrlap.
A pályázó vállalja a disszertáció legfontosabb eredményeinek bemutatását a konferencia Plenáris ülésén.
Beküldési határidő: 2026. október 20.
Érvénytelennek minősülnek és nem kerülnek elbírálásra a felhívásban megjelölt határidő után benyújtott pályázatok.
Hiánypótlásra nincs lehetőség.
A pályázatok elbírálása:
A díj odaítéléséről a tudományos bizottság a beérkezett pályázatok alapján dönt 2026. november 20-ig.
A díj átadása:
A díj kétévente kerül átadásra a Pannon Egyetem Gazdaságtudományi Kara által szervezett Gaál Zoltán Konferencián.

Call for proposals – Zoltán Gaál PhD Award for Excellence
The purpose of the award:
The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Pannonia established a PhD Award for Excellence in memory of Professor Zoltán Gaál, which aims to recognise recent PhD graduates who have made outstanding achievements in the field of management. The award also aims to recognise young researchers who are deserving based on their work, to encourage their scientific work and to promote their achievements to the professional and scientific community.
Who is eligible to apply:
The award is open to PhD graduates who
– Hungarian citizens, at a higher education institution in Hungary or abroad,
– or foreign nationals, at a Hungarian higher education institution,
– in Hungarian or English,
– Between 1 September 2024 and 31 August 2026, they successfully defended their PhD dissertation on management.

The application must include:
– the dissertation (including a thesis booklet for institutions in Hungary) in pdf format,
– a copy of the PhD degree (in the absence of an EDHT decision),
– a completed application registration form.
The applicant undertakes to present the main results of the dissertation in the Plenary Session of the conference.
Deadline for submission: 20 October 2026
Applications submitted after the deadline specified in the call will be considered invalid and will not be considered.
There is no possibility to remedy the deficiency.
Evaluation of applications:
The Scientific Committee will decide on the award based on the applications received by 20 November 2026.
Presentation of the award:
The award is presented every two years at the Zoltán Gaál Conference organised by the Faculty of Business of Economics of the University of Pannonia.
